I am excited to introduce George Horiatis who will take over my rental business.
While George has worked and learned from me these last few years he has now officially signed on with the Gibson Sotheby’s brand and is dedicated to working with and helping my landlords and rental clients with their rental needs.
George Horiatis
With a family deeply rooted in real estate, George Horiatis had a natural passion for the industry. While achieving his BA in Economics and MBA from Quinnipiac University, George gained valuable early experience by acquiring his real estate license and working with his family's business during the summer. After graduation, he launched his career full-time, and has since established himself as a hardworking, dedicated, and trustworthy agent.
George places a high importance on the relationships he builds with his clients, and believes in being an educational guide rather than a traditional salesperson. He provides clients with the knowledge and support necessary to make informed decisions, while going above and beyond to meet their needs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked diligently to help international clients navigate both COVID protocols and the competitive Boston rental market.
George brings this same dedication to each transaction, and relishes the opportunity to introduce newcomers to the city. A lifelong Bostonian, he gets a fresh perspective on the city as he shows his clients around, and instills confidence in them as they transition to their new home. In his spare time, George takes advantage of New England’s natural landscape, and loves to hike, swim, and run in the area. He can often be found spending time with his close-knit family and friends.
Arthur Horiatis
A dedicated real estate professional, Arthur Horiatis was a recognized leader and innovator in Cambridge’s competitive and demanding residential business. He was a known fixture in the community and had fostered a solid reputation amongst clients and colleagues.
A native of the area, Arthur had witnessed unimaginable changes in the real estate landscape over the past twenty five years. His understanding of the market afforded him great insight into real estate’s various sectors. In addition to working with developers and property owners, Arthur had established strong relationships with local and national corporations relocating their employees to the Boston area. Arthur’s clients benefitted from his work ethic and substantial local market knowledge.
Arthur grew up in his family’s real estate business building and managing properties. His experience also came from working for Hunneman Real Estate Corporation where he served as a portfolio manager prior to turning his attention to the Cambridge residential brokerage business twenty-five years ago. He offers these qualities in conjunction with seasoned listening skills, compassionate understanding of his clients’ needs, a high level of integrity, and dedication to true customer service.
